Polishing

When aluminium components are polished it will remove any blemishes such as die lines and scratches, producing a cosmetic mirror like finish.
If required the extrusion can then be anodised.

Polished components include automotive trim, shop fittings and other retail interiors like banks.

After polishing, an additional process of chemically brightening can produce a more reflective finish often used in highly decorative retail applications, bathroom, showers etc.
