Easter

Capalex will be closed over the Easter Bank Holiday running from Friday 21st March to Monday 24th March, otherwise we will be open for our normal service.

As a reminder of the services that Capalex offer:

CNC Machining

Capalex offer a modern range of specialised CNC machines for aluminium extrusions. We now have 6 CNC machines enabling us to offer an extremely efficient machining service.

Powder Coating

Should your aluminium extrusion require powder coating we offer a full in house service, meaning your extrusion doesn't even need to leave our site to be completed. We offer a wide range of powder coating colours. We can advise you on what paint is best for your extrusion.

January 2008

New Press

Capalex announces installation of another 600 tonne indirect automated extrusion press. This press is particularly suitable for extrusion of complex high tolerance multi gallery sections and heat transfer sections up to 70mm circle size.

If you have old Adal Seco Aluminium small dies we should be able to produce your extruded sections on this or one of our other presses. Our extrusion capacity is now significantly increased. Please contact our sales department with your aluminium extrusion, machining, powder coating and finishing requirements.

New Warehouse

Capalex have recently acquired a new building to be mainly used as a storage facility for stock. Capalex are able to stock profiles with prior agreement with customers

Capalex do not have a summer shutdown and are open for business as normal throughout July and August.

Aircraft Interiors Exhibition - Hamburg 2006
